We installed a Heating Hot Water radiator system in this large public library and community centre to control the temperature for staff and visitors. It is important to easily regulate the HVAC controls through different seasons so each zone could balance the passive heat properties designed by architects Archoffice through the use of glass walls.
This supermarket on East Coast Rd has a gross floor area of 6542m2 and required extensive exposed HVAC services. Throughout the building temperature is delivered to massive ceiling vents through large spiral ducting. Our experienced team delivered a controlled climate system in this large volume of space for retail, chilled and storage zones.
