This commercial heritage building was renovated for use as high-spec offices needing a superior HVAC water chilled base system. With the main plant in the basement each of the 7 storeys can be attached as they are leased. The installation of 200mm diameter steel pipes shows our team's highly skilled workmanship for custom projects, we also installed 2 cooling towers on the roof, insulated & tested the system.
