MediaWorks owns and operates radio brands Mai FM, The Edge, George FM, More FM, The Breeze, The Rock, The Sound, Today FM, Magic, Humm and streaming app rova.

The FCU air control system required at Mediaworks was customised for roof placement only as there was no opportunity for a basement plant. The building is used for studios, offices and public spaces so installing the exposed services offered flexibility and control per zone.
