The refurbishment of this office development included a seismic upgrade to >67% NBS and a full upgrade of the mechanical and electrical services. The tenants include Chorus Lab, DeLonghi NZ Showroom and Tech Futures Lab.

The newly constructed plant room housed the fan coiled chiller unit for air conditioning, we added new exposed ducting and a cooling tower on the roof. The exposed services throughout the ceiling voids allow easy ongoing maintenance and servicing with an industrial look specified by the architects.
