Piki Ki Te Ao (formerly Harlech House) houses a number of specialist Police services and is not generally open to the public.

Our specialist team installed a complex hydronic system to vary temperature and air pressure. A water cooling tower was installed on the roof for humidity control.
This hydronic system was chosen because it is incredibly energy-efficient, cost-efficient, and environmentally friendly.
